*Before we do Step 1 we need you to answer the questions on the Author Familiarisation Questionnaire so we can see where you are now and where you want to go. We also need you to email the first chapter of your manuscript to us at info@allynauthorservices.com for assessment. If you haven’t started writing your book yet, you can email us a 2000-word sample of your writing.
At the end of your free 20-minute Zoom consultation with Allyna Author Services, you will have clear steps to take immediately to move your book idea to the next stage. Often the next step is to book for the strategy session, but whatever it is, you’ll walk away with a clear purpose and actionable steps.

The comprehensive strategy service provides you with clarity, specific how-to action steps, and a clear vision for your book to take you through all the many stages of the writing, editing and publishing journey.

A once-off strategy fee of R1000/$100 /€85/£75 is payable upfront but if you sign up for further Allyna services and pay an up-front deposit, then this consultation fee will be deducted from your overall costs on your final invoice.
The Strategy Service comprises two key parts:

Zoom meeting
This is an intensive and thorough session, where we’ll explore your book concept (whether you’re just starting to write, are already partway through your manuscript or have finished writing and wondering where to go from there). We’ll then be able to mobilise this information into your book project. This process forms the basis of your action plan and gives you a clear roadmap up to the point where you are published (and beyond if required).

Follow up actions
Once we’ve ‘met’, you’ll have a clear direction forward. Together we will devise a plan for your project and a path to get there. You will have answers to your most pressing questions about your project, publishing options and business strategy.
